Ivy Tech’s intranet site (powered by ServiceNow) called “MyIvy” is a landing page for all things tools & resources for staff, faculty, & students. The majority of my work at the College consisted of design projects relating to this application.
One of the top programs at Ivy Tech, the pre-admission application was developed within Salesforce. This process mapping exercise aided in the development work for the product.
In an effort to standardize the UX Department at Ivy Tech, personas and journey maps were created within Figma to aid in future initiatives for students, staff, and faculty.
